		<description>I certainly agree with you when you said, 'When you lead by doing, you’re communicating: “I’m just like you guys, no better…we’re on the same level.” ' One of my best supervisors was a woman who believed in this very same principal. She didn't just tell us what to do; she did all of what she expected and more. For that reason, I had the utmost respect for her and still champion her as the best boss I ever had. In reality, it was the fact that she treated us all with respect, worked as a team, and didn't expect more from us than she was willing to give herself.</description>
